In Out Come the Wolves, we meet Sophie, a former hunter who has turned to a vegan lifestyle and left her hunting days behind. The film does a great job of explaining her reasons, so you won’t be left guessing. Her boyfriend, Nolan, is in a tricky situation since she can’t take him hunting. While he’s not particularly enthusiastic about hunting, he’s a journalist looking to write an article on the subject, likely motivated by Sophie’s veganism. He’s eager to discover if he can bring home meat or if he’ll shy away from the challenge. Thankfully, Sophie’s childhood friend and fellow hunter, Kyle, has stepped in to take Nolan hunting.
