The reagents are supplied in pre-filled and pre-sealed reagent cartridges, which ensures easy and fast instrument loading procedures. No additional reagents are required, and no manual processing is required. Sealed cartridges and automated piercing steps eliminate the risk of contamination and spillage. Mixing of MagCore® patented beads, reagents and sample is performed by the liquid handling function of the MagCore® instrument.
