Are Ultrawide Monitors Worth It for Productivity?

I’ve been considering upgrading my setup with an ultrawide monitor https://www.lenovo.com/ca/... and am curious if they’re really worth it, especially for productivity and multitasking. I work with a lot of open windows and multiple applications at once, and the idea of extra screen space sounds really appealing.

For those who’ve used one, do you feel it’s made a big difference? Are there any downsides to be aware of? I'd love to get your thoughts on whether an ultrawide is a game-changer or just a nice-to-have.
